Have you ever been so angry you want to hit and or break something but then you realize that there is no way you can stop once you start doing so?

This is what I do, actually. When I know I'm mad but couldn't tell why I'm mad? I feed myself with songs instead of doing stupid things that I'm going to regret right after. These are weird songs, honestly. Songs only few people would understand. Songs that many people would frown upon but I don't care. This way I feel safe. Untouchable. Brave.
